TECH Summer Prep

Classrooms
  • All printers that are not being used for Parkway Summer School should be turned off.
  • All classroom computers and monitors should remain powered down, unless they are being used for Parkway Summer School.
  • Student files will be wiped out at the beginning of the summer.
Teachers

Teachers leaving the District or Transferring to another school
  • For the teachers leaving the district, please verify with your Technology Specialist that all equipment is accounted for by the last day of school.
  • For the teachers transferring within the district, you will bring your laptop with you to your new school.
Classroom Equipment
  • All classroom equipment should be secured in the teacher’s classroom.  Secured means locked in a cabinet or drawer.  If the equipment is going to be taken home over the summer, it should be checked out from the Technology Specialist using the Google docs form below.
